Due to some little difficulties with the septic tank(!!!) at quincy harbour we are now staying right in the centre of Boston in a hotel instead of the boathouse :-D Going to go on a duck tour today and go to the USS constitution and have a wander round the city!
Thank goodness you weren't on the houseboat when the problems started...
